If an employee leaves as a result of this offer and is subsequently hired on a regular or temporary full-time or part-time basis by AT&T (or any AT&T subsidiary, or an outside employer that AT&T or an AT&T subsidiary has arranged to have offer employment to the employee), the employee will be obligated to repay a percentage of the gross Severance Allowance or cash payment under the Management Transition Program. See the 1.7 Repayment/Offset Consideration section of the AT&T Inc. Severance Pay Plan for greater details.
