Thank you for the question. A trendy topic among people from HR and business is the variation between employee happiness and employee engagement as it has created numerous perspectives. However, it has been concluded that these two aspects are two halves of the same apple due to how when they come together, they result in the individual’s happiness in the workplace.
But where do these two differ from each other?
Employee happiness is primarily up to the employee themselves whereas employee engagement is substantially up to the employer.
