Thank you for your question. Age discrimination is still prevalent in hiring processes despite how much recruiters attempt to avoid it. A resume-optimizing web service, called Jobscan, reported their findings from surveying over 100 recruiters who disclose how common age discrimination is in hiring processes. With that being said, 88% of recruiters believe age discrimination is an issue, and some participants in the survey present their personal experiences.
